He who plots evil will be known as a schemer. The schemes of folly are sin, and men detest a mocker.
Proverbs 24:8-9

Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. The one who sows to please his sinful nature, from that nature will reap destruction; the one who sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life. Galatians 6:7-8.

Praise be to the Lord, to God our Savior, who daily bears our burdens. Our God is a God who saves; from the Sovereign Lord comes the escape from death.
Psalm 68:19-20
