When a wicked man dies, his hope perishes; all he expected from his power comes to nothing. Proverbs 11:7.



The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of men who suppress the truth by their wickedness. I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes; first for the Jew, then for the Gentile. Romans 1:16, 18.

Great is our Lord and mighty in power; His understanding has no limit. The Lord sustains the humble but casts the wicked to the ground. Sing to the Lord with thanksgiving; make music to our God on the harp. Psalm 147:5-7
